US determines preliminary result of AD duty review on hot-rolled steel from South Korea

According to the preliminary results of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) preliminarily found that certain hot-rolled steel flat products from South Korea were not sold at less than normal value during the period of review, October 1, 2021, through September 30, 2022.

The weighted-average dumping margin for Hyundai Steel and POSCO is assigned 0%. Companies, which are not individually examined, are set at 0% as well.

The measure was effective from June 13, 2023.
