According to the final results of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that Thai Premium Pipe Co., Ltd., the sole exporter of circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes subject to this review, made sales of subject products in the US at prices lower than normal value during the period of review from March 1, 2021 to February 28, 2022.

Therefore, a 0.71% weighted-average dumping margin was assigned to this producer. The cash deposit rate for all other Thai producers or exporters continues to be 15.67%.

This determination was applicable from June 9, 2023.
